In the Spring of 2022, BCL opened the Trellis, formerly known as 921, across from Butler Park northwest of downtown Bloomington. And affordable, cooperative living is still growing in town! Another new community is coming to South-Central Indiana. 

This BCL property will be located just west of Middle Earth, our first owned property. More news on this exciting project will be announced over the coming months. Check back often for more news!
